Vaccinations required: Rabies - If over 4 months old. All pets must be added to renters insurance policy. If pet is in an altercation on the property, you may be responsible for an additional pet fee, increased pet rent, fined, pet prohibited from the property, or your lease may be terminated. Pets must be on a leash while outside of your residency at all times. Subject to hefty fines, pet prohibited from property, or termination of lease. Must pick up all pet waste.
